Commercial Roofers

We’re seeking skilled commercial roofers with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering high-quality work. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible roofing solutions, whether it’s a new installation, preventative maintenance, or emergency repair. If you have experience in commercial roofing, meet the qualifications below, and are ready to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License: Applicants must be over 25 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • CDL Preferred: While a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is not mandatory, it is a significant advantage.
  • Trailer Experience: Comfort and experience with pulling trailers are essential for this role.
    Travel Flexibility: The position may require travel, and candidates should be flexible and willing to work at various job sites across Texas and Tennessee.

Superintendent

Our superintendents are in charge of managing the day-to-day operations at their job sites, ensuring quality, safety and workmanship expectations are met. If you are a hardworking individual with a background in commercial and residential roofing as well as city codes and regulations, we encourage you to apply. This full-time position will involve responsibilities ranging from setting daily goals and standards for your foreman to maintaining job site safety and quality control. 

Sheet Metal Fabricator

Our sheet metal fabricator will be responsible for leading the fabrication of our sheet metal shop, specifically in roof-related flashings. Job duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, verifying measurements and dimensions for flashings and performing quality checks on completed projects and finished products. If you have five years of experience welding and previous work experience as a sheet metal fabricator, this full-time career may be right for you.

Commercial Estimator

As a commercial estimator, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for projects and providing knowledge of the cost and benefits that would support profitable business decisions. This role involves conducting research to obtain data, determining key variables for cost and other estimates and using software for data analysis, forecasting and budgeting. Other desired skills include experience as an estimator, or similar position, and math and IT ability. This full-time role also requires being a bilingual speaker. 

Sheet Metal Roofer/Installer

At Tridom, our sheet metal roofer/ installer works alongside our team to complete projects within a strict deadline. For this role, the individual will need to operate machines and handle tools while displaying problem-solving and communication skills. You will be responsible for installing various components like sheet metal panels, while ensuring the work area is safe and meets our high-quality standards. The position requires experience with power tools, roofing, hand tools and construction.
